PACKAGE ONE REQUIREMENTS
Looking for a new career? Teaching people to drive can be really rewarding. When a pupil passes a test it is as satisfying for the instructor as it is for the student. At Central DT we have a great team of instructors, teaching in auto and manual cars.
The rewards are a good income. You can earn £1000 a week. The support of admin office staff to help with your bookings. We offer an electronic diary system. Training. In car quality control. Four franchise free weeks a year. The options are to provide your own car, or use one of ours.
Becoming an instructor starts with registering your interest. We will then help you through the steps of each phase.
You will require an enhanced DBS certificate
A trainee application, which is a form to be filled in electronically or hard copy
You must be over 21 years of age
You must have held a full category B licence for three out of the previous six years
Have not been banned from driving
Have no more than three points on your licence
The test can be taken in either a manual or automatic car if you hold a full category B licence. If your licence only allows you to drive automatic, then you can only train and teach in an automatic vehicle.

These prices are subject to change and are paid direct to the DVSA. This package does not include use of a car for test day however a car can be provided at an additional cost.
We cover a 50 mile radius for training, outside of that training will be plus a travel fee
We require a £300 deposit when booking a training package
